i love this community, you are all so damn creative! i thought i'd finally be brave and make my first post. i've been working on stuff like crazy lately, but i've only got pics for a couple of things so far:




i got the idea for my monster handbag from craftser.org? i think...someone had made felt monster pillows and i wanted something similar but not a complete ripoff. :)

i made this tie with some great secondhand fabric i found at the thrift store. i <3 ties! probably i will handsew the next one...i don't know that you can see it but there is stitching all the way around this one, which i actually don't mind cause with the fabric and all i think it adds to it.
