Paper question

I'm looking for a thick paper-thicker than cardstock or posterboard, but not as thick as foamboard. My mom saw it used on some craft show to make ornaments-you punch a shape out of one color, and attach it to a circle of another color for a 3-d effect. She missed what kind of paper it was, though, and I haven't been able to find anything suitable. I get the idea the paper might have been slightly textured, but I'm not sure.

Anybody have any ideas?
