Hi girls (and crafty guys, too :)!

I am going to be Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz for Halloweeen!

I want to buy a pair of red flats & add the sparkles myself, but I am not sure how I would get them this sparkly.



I thought of using sparkly spray paint, but it wouldn't give the same look :(

Any suggestions as to how I would obtain this look would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)
