I want to be a ballerina for Halloween. But I don't know how to make a Tutu. I was wondering, do you have any tutorials of how to? I searched the FAQ and I also searched online. Most patterns cost. I don't have money for that. So, if you know of any patterns, please let me know. Or if you're willing to make a tutorial, that'd be awesome. Thanks.

If you also know where I could buy ballet shoes [perferbaly the silk kind], please let me know. That'd be great help!
