Medical help?

So, I stupidly sewed through my first finger. I know for sure I don't have any needle remnants or anything left in my hand, but I'm just wondering if any of you have done this before. Should I just put some anti bacterial stuff on it, and put a bandaid on, or something different? It doesn't hurt at all...
