craftgrrlFor Halloween I'm going to be Little Red Riding Hood. Alas, there is a problem. I want to make like a mini poncho (I don't think that's the right term. Like, half poncho half shawl. It'll come about just under my boobs, lenghtwise. I hope you guys know what I mean) How would I go about making this? And a hood to go with it?
