a few recently finished hats.

made with some "estate sale" yarn. quick single crochet hat shape with flower embellishment. i painted some wooden beads gold to match and tied those in.

really simple & quick single crochet hat.. made with leftover yarn from my "learn to knit" kit. i planned to add a layered fabric appliqué, but my sewing machine is grumpy and i never have the energy to wrestle with it.

squishy soft oversized mohair creature. i did a lot of increases to make the top rather wide and so it's got a beret'ish feel to it and would be great for big thick curly hair or just worn lopsided, which is how i like to see it worn. broomstick laced a flower embellishment and stitched on some beads.

i don't know if any of you are interested.. but this site has some recycled silk yarn for a really good price. & it's for a good cause too. the last time they had some for sale, it all sold out pretty quickly.
