craftgrrlmy first post...another halloween costume! we wanted to be ninja turtles, but the only costumes they had were for little kids so we improvised.
we bought cheap boy's shirts at walmart and hot glued felt to the front and back, stuffing the shell with fiberfil. Then just some fabric with eye holes cut out. it was really cheap only like $10 per person!
