i looked through the memories, but didnt find the answer to my question. i was hopeing someone could help me out.

anyway, i went to Abercrombie the other day and found some camoflague(sp?) pants. i tried them on and they fit me well, except the waist was somewhat tight (they were a large kids size) ive been wanting to take a pair of camo pants and make them into capris.

but how can i make the waist larger without destroying the pants?
