to clarify!

by corriander i meant the leaf (cilantro to you guys, i gather!)
i used a large pumpkin, which i did use for carving up for halloween - you can add extra flavouring to this if you think it's a bit bland, or even use two smaller ones. the outside was yr average orange colour. and also after you've blended the soup you'll need to add the can of coconut milk and then heat it all through :)
