Atkins Friendly Food Gifts?

I'm giving three people from this office/doctors I go to gifts. Part of the gifts I'm giving all include food(homemade breads and candies) but one of the three is on the atkins diet. I don't want to not give him anything and be rude and obvious, but I don't want to inconsiderate of his diet.
Are there any atkins friendly, holiday themed, food type gifts I can give/bake him?
