"Too old to go to prom" dress?

craftgrrlMy boyfriend is dragging me to prom this year (ohmygodi'mgoingtobetwenty!), and I'm planning way way way ahead, because I want to make my own dress. Seeing as I graduated two years ago, I don't want anything that screams "OMFGI'MGOINGTOPROMAHHH!". I want something simple, yet sexy and elegant. I fell in love with 
dress from peachberserk.com, but there's no way that I could afford it. Do any of you know of any patterns for similar dresses? Any patterns for any nice dresses would be appreciated actually... I live in a very small town with no roads out, and it's almost impossible to find decent patterns here. Thank you in advance!
