snowflake knitting chart?

I just purchased this scarf:



from Old Navy, since it got marked down to $10 online (which is probably the same amount, or less than I would've spent if I had attempted to make it).

My knitting is pretty beginner, but I'm always looking for challenges.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had a pattern or chart for the snowflake portion of that scarf (it's the pink part on red) or for the row of "X" type markings towards the end (near the fringe)? I'd like to be able to duplicate this pattern on bags and such, and maybe in other colors for gifts this Christmas.
