Wrist Warmers

craftgrrlI've seen a few of you here talk about wrist warmers and I've seen pics of some crocheted ones. My problem is that we don't have such items in the UK (or else I shop in the wrong places) and they would be so cool for me to ease my wrist pain. Does anyone have a pattern for knitted ones? I can't crochet yet, but I can knit. Anyone help me out?
