craftgrrlhey guys. does anyone read Bust? there's a craft this month for making a cool looking leather bracelet.
Something like this would be sooooo cool.
The problem is, it suggests embossing it with typewriter letters or metal letter stamps. Is there an easier way to do this? Could you etch normal looking letters into a piece of thin-gauge metal (it suggests pop cans) with a thumbtack (...?!) or something cheaper than scrounging up typewriter letters or buying a set of metal embossing letter stamp things? Anywhere know where I could get a deal on something to use for this?
