hey guys. has anyone ever made fake books for a bookshelf before? these need to look really nice, so i was wondering if anyone has seen a tutorial with some pics or anything on the internet.

i have seen the one at DIY but i was looking for something more crafty than photocopying spines. i am thinking paint and foam and all that so that they have actual texture.

oh and they don't need to be functional at all. they are just to fill the shelves.
