I need to make the waistline on some pantyhose (generic, sheer-to-waist) much lower. Any ideas on how to do this without completely destroying them? They are for a costume and need to go relatively undetected under panties and a bikini bottom, so if sewing them onto the bottoms is the only way to go, I am not unopposed to doing so.
