Help Help, Please Help
Jan. 14th, 2005 02:25 pmI took apart a hematite necklace I found at a thrift store a while back and then took apart another hematite necklace that a former friend(now a very ex-friend) made, added some extra packets of beads and created two new necklaces(three if you count the other hematite necklace I reconstructed with some of these extra beads.
My mother loved her necklace as well as several of my aunts so now Mom wants me to make 6 hematite beaded necklaces. I have always been a bead scrounger--just going to thrift stores and yard sales and deconstructing old glass beaded necklaces--and I know nothing about ordering beads online.
But since my Mom is paying for the supplies, I was wondering if anyone had a favorite bead or wholesale bead website that they would recommend? I am mainly looking for hematite at this time.
