Make kanzashi ??

I guess the Japanese word refers to any type of hair decoration for geishas, but what I'm looking for is the fabric flowers, which you can check out here:

There's a girl on craftster that does some nice work too, and has been promising a tutorial, but is apparantly too busy. Any help would be appreciated!! <3
