Peeling corrugated cardboard?

Has anyone peeled a layer off of corrugated cardboard without all the fuzzy stuff getting left behind? I've tried it with a couple of different varieties of cardboard this morning and and it leaves little fuzzy remnants behind every time. The pictures of this stuff looks really crisp with no fuzzies. Ideas?
