Hey knitty craftgrrls!
Jan. 28th, 2005 12:07 pmOk, I figured someone on here might appreciate this. It popped up on the Boston SnB list. It's a pattern for a plucked chicken hat for an infant. Because every infant needs a faux piece of raw meat to wear on their heads. If I knew anyone who would appreciate the humor that has an infant, I'd get right to knitting one.

The handflower & headpiece were done in vertical netting. The scarf is simply a length of leftover scrap fabric. The top has been modified using some safety pins and beads. The bracelet and the armband you can't see are simply lengths of wire that I bent into shape. I also made a necklace, but forgot to take a pic of it. Maybe some other time. I also made harem pants and skirts for the outfit. All, of course, for a themed club night a few months back.
