A while back, I asked people for hints about how to re-cover a cheap Walmart rocker.

Turns out it's exactly like making pillowcases!

Although the arms & foot-rest will take a bit more work.

Anyhow, here it is:

I used a thin blanket to cover the seats. The felt is applique'd onto the fabric.
