i need some help!

i want to make a Junior Anti-Sex League style shirt. JASL, as in Orwell's 1984 (in looking for some photos, i found there's a band by the name) but i have never seen the movie version of 1984, i've only read the book. so if any of the other 1984 freaks on here have some sort of screen capture or something to help me see how the uniform has been shown, it would help a lot. i know you're out there...

if not, i need to see it anyway, i'll buy it or something.

i figure i can use a blue button-up shirt and put a patch and sash to go with it, but does anyone know good methods for patches?
