i'm stenciling my boyfriend a shirt for valentine's day, and normally i'm really good at it! either i'm out of practice, or stenciling wasn't the best idea for a fork. paint sneaked under my stencil and made one of the prongs look really funny.

is there any way to REMOVE paint on fabric? via scraping or some kind of solvent??
