craftgrrl | they're being flung all over the place!

I use my washline a lot to dry laundry, and I've got this problem with my clothespins being flung everywhere. I have/had a regular bag with a metal bit on top that hangs on the line, but whenever the wind blows it whips it around and they go sprawling. Bad thing is sometimes I can't find them, sometimes I run them over with the lawnmower.

So, since its warming up agian and I'm hanging stuff out, I wondered if anyone had any ideads for me to make something that would be nifty indeed, and stay on the dang clothes line, and my pins wouldn't be fling out of the top, either. The nuttier/more unique looking the better - we're a bit odd ;)
