so tonight i got a bit bored
i made a magical little collage, pictures later in the post =P
but anyways i was hanging out in my dining room and looked up at my lighting and thought "hey, thats pretty crafty!"
and i thought i would share it with you guys, because i am in love with it.
my dad got the idea from some cafe, he really liked how the lights werent blindingly bright, and we like relaxed light :)



i have no clue as to why i'm looking up in both of them
they're simple christmas lights strung across the ceiling with i think curtain holdbacks used as hooks to hang them from. i have to say, its really creative & different and with a dimmer, its heaven (fyi, thats the lights on full-power)

i basically just had some cute words printed out and had my exacto knife readily available. i went crazy with my HUGE collection of magazines and cut out a bunch of stuff and came up with this.
it only took about an hour, all just freehanded. and its still drying, so it looks weird
if you know who happens to sing these words, you are one of my heros ♥
