at last, my dear canon elph has been returned to me. oh camera, how i missed you.

knit a sweater for my little cousin.
he's three, so obviously he doesn't have boobs, but i think the raglan shaping will be just as flattering on him. i made up the pattern whilst reading Maggie Righetti's Knitting in Plain English. a great book for beginning and experienced knitters alike. it's a top-down raglan knit in Lion Brand Jiffy. cheap, easy, and machine washable.

i really love the fit with perhaps a bit more bust allowance, so i'm considering investing another $6 in yarn to make a lady-size version.
