I cannot stress how perfectly my stencils came out when I printed them on a manila file folder.

I taped a regular ol' sheet-o-paper to the folder and cut the manila folder to the correct size, put my folder paper in the printer and viola!
I wish I had used them earlier, it was so much easier to cut and get clean lines, and the paper is much sturdier than what I was using before.
