Gift Jars

Hello all, I've been reading this community for a while, and I have a ridiculous amount of projects lined up as a result. haha, thanks!

I haven't seen this addressed anywhere, sorry if I missed it:
Where do you get the jars for gift jars? I want to make cocoa and coffee mixes, but I don't know where to find mason or mason-like jars.

Also, because I'm so low on money this year, I'm baking cakes, pies, and cookies as well as giving the gift jars. How should I give these? I don't really want to loan out my dishes, because I have so few, and if one broke it would be a big deal.
