little girls poncho pattern

im looking for a pattern for my little sister in law. she is just about three,
and is VERY tiny for her age.
Im looking for a granny square poncho pattern.

I know how to do the granny squares i just dotn know how many to do that
would fit her... (frankly i dont see her all that often ither)
so any help
would be fantastic!
