Spring Things (crochet & knit related)

I'm curious - it's spring time, I've got tons of yarn left from projects I did or picked up because it was on clearance for $1 (most of it is just plain ol' regular acrylic worsted weight yarn)..

What items do you crocheters/knitters find yourself making for the spring time?

I'm also looking for some cute patterns for headkerchiefs (like this, but with more floral or more intricate designs.. i'm ready to break out of my shell and try some hardcore stitches!)
