Made from Swatches
Mar. 19th, 2005 12:45 amWhile other college students spent their Spring Breaks wasting their parents' money and drinking like fishes, I spent mine...sewing! And I couldn't be more happy about it.
The following three wallets and jordy bag (my first!) are all made from swatches I got from Javis Davis. Out of all the swatches I've ordered recently, and there have been a bunch, I think they have the best.

Made using this tutorial: Fabric Bifold Wallet
Other than the middle one, which I made to match the below purse, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them, but I think they're cute.

I am very happy with the way this turned out. I was inspired by someone else's swatch bag on here. I didn't set out to copy the color scheme, but I had the most swatches in pink and green. The lining is made from a pillowcase I got at Goodwill.
That's it for now. I'll have much more to come once I stop being lazy and take pictures. Thanks for looking!
