a frind and i are going to be making plague doctor masks for halloween (and for a friends wedding). since we were making the masks, we'd though we'd go all out and make/get the complete outfit. i was having trouble putting my finger on the particular hts they wore, but a friend pointed out these to me:

the price was a little steeper than i had hoped to be spending. would anyone have any kind of idea s to how something like this (or similar) could be constructed? or perhaps, if there's a cheaper version for sale somewhere?
