Question for people who paint tshirts!

In your opinion, what's the best paint to use to paint/decorate a tshirt? I'm looking for something that won't stiffen up the fabric and won't look all "shiney". Something that looks and feels natural, like the painted design was on the shirt when you bought it.

Any and all suggestions welcome! :D
