2004 Holiday Cards
Mar. 21st, 2005 10:14 pmIt's a few months past the holiday season, but I thought I'd share the cards I made and sent out last winter.

The inside:

Gallery of variations; different papers and colors
The snowmen were dry embossed and cut out, glued down on top of plain white paper after I decided the vellum was too translucent, then the individual scarves/hats, eyes, nose, and buttons were embossed on colored vellum and cut out and glued down. Since I made 60 cards, that comes out to 466 pieces of paper individually cut out and assembled just for each snowman. (Two snowmen were single pieces of heavy patterned printed paper.) Good thing I started on the cards in October. I never would have finished if I'd waited until December!
