Oh, I'm so ready for spring to get here. Until then, cabin fever is producing some okay crafty creations. Wanna take a look?

Arg. This heart 'n' bones number might even win over a pirate's ticker. (If [s]he were blind. Heh.) One of my first entirely handmade bags in a while.

The bottom part of this purse was once a reject fleece cap I was trying to make for a friend. She ended up just getting the scarf, and this, with some lace handles and a velcro closure, became a snazzy lil' handbag.

This one's kinda silly, but I like it. I found this silver evening bag at the thrift store, and I fabric painted on some glittery green dollar lovin'. My stab at the bling-bling look ;)

Another thrift store find, I took this blue bag and merely stitched on a green felt heart. It needed some umph, and now I think's it...umphalicious. Or something. Cute at least..

My tribute to the lovely, quoteworthy Oscar Wilde. Prebought tote, hand-decorated.

Another all handsewn job, this is my attempt at a messenger bag. Made from vintage fabrics...It looks a lot cuter in person, actually.

I adopt thrift store bags like other people adopt children. This plaid baby was another lovely find, but I thought it needed geeked up. And so I wrote I <3 geeks. Because I do ;)
Your honest opinions much appreciated!
