fishnet overskirt-thing

This is just a Circle Skirt made from some weird fabric I bought for a dollar a yard at Wal-Mart. I couldn't think of a sane way to finish it, so I left it raw and just threaded a ribbon through the holes at the top. The stripey skirt underneath is just to demonstrate the way it looks.


(I need to seal the ends on that)
