Hot chocolate!
Dec. 13th, 2002 05:23 pmI have just finished making 15 mini-jars (single serving) of hot chocolate mix with marshmallows. I used a recipe that someone posted here - basically it's 2 parts each of sugar, nondairy creamer, and dry milk and one part cocoa. I made extra and tried a cup; it was delicious!
I'm impressed - even having to buy the mini-jars, I only ended up spending about $10 on this. I'm going to bake a huge batch of shortbread next week, so each person who gets a mini-jar of hot chocolate will get a few cookies to eat with the chocolate.
I'm now making up tags that explain the ratio of water-to-mix that one needs to drink the cocoa...however, my printer is broken and so I have to do them all by hand, and my handwriting is atrocious. I hope I don't crack after writing the same exact thing 15 times over.
Although, it could be worse. I could have made a double batch. :)
