Fiskars

At the local Costco and London Drugs (I'm in Canada) I've seen a set of 20 Fiskar scissors with the funky deocorative blades in a round wooden holder for $20. I'm just not sure if they are decent quality and worth buying.

Has anyone bought this set and do Fiskars come in different levels of quality? Today I noticed individual decorative Fiskars were over $6 each in Michaels and a set of 10? was almost $40, so I'm thinking the set of 20 for $20 must be pretty poor quality.

If the container wasn't sealed up, I'd open it and test them!
