Mother's Day Jewelry + Thread Spool Fun

I made this bracelet and necklace set for my stepmom for Mother's Day...She wears a lot of red, so I thought it might look nice. It's nothing too fancy, but I hope she likes it...



Then I just made some stuff for fun, mixing buttons, ribbon, and vintage wooden spools.





This is just a bracelet with a bunch of buttons strung together along with the wooden spool; the pink, black, and white them is to match the old school, 50s style looking stickers on the top and bottom of the spool, which unfortunately you can't see here.


Simple, but cute when actually worn. I just knotted the spool on this ribbon, and then you just tied the ribbon at the back of your neck, and wala! Unique choker :)
