i was feeling particularly crafty and i needed a new purse due to the popcorn butter incident at the movie theatre (fav purse ... ruined!! it was a tragedy!) ... so i headed to wal-mart, grabbed some 1.97 fabric, fusible interfacing, lining, zippers, cord, and grommets ... and here is the result (i am so very proud):





it can stand on its own! i put cardboard in the bottom before sewing in the lining ... greatest plan ever!


please note zipper and grommet work :) i'm so proud!!


whats that? oh its a change pouch that i sewed into the lining!! i was so ambitious with this purse :)


and it can fit a lot of stuff!! i've got my phone, cell, pills, keys, lipgloss, etc. in there, and there's still a maasive amount of room! i haven't broke 'er in yet, so thats why she's not filled yet :)
