The perfect black dress?

craftgrrlWhat should I do with this sweater dress?
I've already cut out the shoulder pads and slimmed it down (didn't cut the dress, just sewed it up the sides), but I still don't know how to wear it! My options are:
WRAP DRESS
Tunic Sweater (not with that neckline).
Buy a big fat belt & wear it like it is.
Keep in mind it's made of a sweater material, it's winter here and I'm NOT going to turn it into a halter anything.
