This is for all you knitting mavens out there...

I'd like to do the poster boy tote from SNBN, but instead of the pic they have there, I'd like to use a pic of Audrey Hepburn. I've been trying to use knitpro, but i"m just confused by the whole thing. The images aren't turning out how I want them... gr. Does anyone reccommend another program, or are there any tips you could give me for this? I've done intarsia before, I've just never created my own charts, especially off of pictures. I'd like to do it in just two colors, so I've been looking at black and white pictures, but whenever I convert them in knitpro it doesn't turn out too good.

So any tips you can give me would help... :) Thank you!
