Yay finally a picture post from me! I got batteries in my camera at last.

I made a couple things, though some of them i don't think are very good/remarkable, and they are stuck in my journal for interest's sake, but i *am* kind of proud of this skirt..so..

I took a pair of armyish stretchy girly pants from value village, and turned them into a cute little skirt

i also took some bunny fabric, some fusable interfacing, and lots of time and frustration to make my first (very faux) waist cincher type thing. Though darn it, i forgot the darts and didn't add much detail. perhaps later, though i'm not sure about adding darts *now* (this is the problem with making your own patterns while having a limited understanding of the sewing process...reinforcing seams, thinking ahead, etc..*sigh*)




it needs darts...or something...hmm. but a good first attempt i think

ignore the lumping of 'cincher', it was stuck in my shirt causing my sad velcro to show, though of course the bf didn't notice as he was taking the picture ^_^
