Doggie clothes?
May. 12th, 2005 08:03 pmI ran into a problem a few days ago. My little female doxie Lucyfurr went into heat and to spare you the details she is spotting. I usually put a little denim diaper on her which she hates with a passion and will pull off rather quickly. Being I'm not going to breed her this heat and I don't want to get her fixed just yet because her next heat I want to breed her I have to keep her from ruining the carpets in my apartment.
So I came up with this modification to a baby jumper. Ok, so all I did was cut a hole for the tail and stitched around the edges but I also attached a soft piece of cotton as to umm well I'm sure you can figure it out? I'm trying hard not to gross anyone out. I'm sorry if I am.
Anyway, because of a previous post about t-shirts for dogs I thought it would be cool to share my idea for modifying baby clothing for your pups. This jumper cost me about 3 bucks at Target and took me less than 5 minutes to modify it.
