armwarmers
Dec. 15th, 2002 10:59 pmhello....i've been making armwarmers as christmas presents for a few of my friends and i thought i'd post about the ones i just finished.
i've also decoupaged a tin with fabric and magazine cut outs and it looks pretty cool. if i ever take a picture of it and get it developed and scanned, i shall post it here.
oh i have a question about that actually...if i want to put fabric all on the inside...whats the best/cheapest way to do that? like..i would use glue right? what kind of glue?

i made these from sewing together pieces of fabric...theres a hole for the thumb too which cannot be seen. the middle piece is part of a sock.
theres a place in toronto where you can just go and take stuff...they have old toys, fabric, bags, belts, old huge signs, millions of old family videos and tapes, binders, film containers...its great. anyway, i picked up all the fabric pieces from there so these cost me literally nothing to make. nicee.
