Mermaid & Dolphin painting

this is my first post to the group and I thought I would say hi. I really love art and using different mediums, this painting was done with watercolors. I wasn't sure if I wanted to paint a background on it or leave it white to I acanned it into the computer without the background then worked on the background. I think the finished product turned out pretty well :)
