Flower question

My boyfriend and I were in a wedding back in September. I put the "throwing" bouquet and my boyfriend's boutonniere, and my bouquet in thee freezer and they've kept fairly well. I was wondering what sort of craft I could involve them in, in order to preserve them so to speak. There are some small flowers, I was thinking of making soap or a candle with them but I've never had any experience with that. Also, if I defrost them, will they get all icky or would I be able to press or dry them? Thanks! I'll be sure to post pics of what I end up doing.
