Well after getting a casualty accident with my poor finger for my machine I took a few days off, I don't think I'll ever sew terry cloth curtains again. But, I have made my first attempt (a very bad one ) at a messenger flap jordy bag. Using some tutorials off of crafter.org. The bag itself is a B+ but the flap is about a half inch short - I have no clue why. Probably my sucky sewing straightness. But it looks okay, enough to get a pass on my knowledge of flaps - next up is pocketting - oh joy. Well, not much else to say but show the bag:

I would love to get feedback/pinions of how I could improve my sewing. It's too bad you can't see the details in the images. I'm trying to get good enough to attempt selling bags, but until then, just using up my scraps.

I am planning to make a very incredible (and time consuming) bag once I get through myy self-teaching phase. It has a lot of elements to it and I don't want to ruin my fabric yet ^^;
