well, i got the "go-ahead" from the moderator to post this, even though it's text only...

i was wondering if any of you have hosted a craft day for you and your friends. i wanted to get everyone together and have them bring all of their supplies over so we can sit and chat and make things...
however, some of my friends are craft-challenged, and i am worried that they won't know what to do/will be overwhelmed and frustrated.
should i just set out everything and let everyone go crazy with the crafts, or should i do some little tutorials to give them ideas, or what?
does anyone have experience doing something like this?
